Because each piece is made specifically for you to order, the order can't be canceled once confirmed, in line with the Consumer Protection Law, Section 14C(d)(4), which excludes products made specifically for the consumer. That said, if the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost.
