Because each piece is printed to order specially for you, under Section 14C(d)(4) of Israel's Consumer Protection Law an order for a custom-made product can't be cancelled. That said, we stand behind our quality, and if the product arrives damaged or is damaged in shipping we'll replace it at no cost.
